Every dish is a work of art on the tip of your tongue, and you will never forget it after tasting it once! 😋 Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, I haven't been able to go back to the much-missed Bern Forsythia Restaurant, and this longing is really hard to hide! 🥹 Finally, I got my wish this time. We specially ordered the restaurant's limited fixed duck menu (Buche de Noel), and we were so amazed that we couldn't speak when it was served! ✨ We also shared four "top-tier" side dishes, each of which was a perfect combination of appearance and taste - the oyster caviar that was extremely fresh, the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu tartare, and two other delicacies that were so exquisite that we hesitated to take a bite. Every bite felt like unlocking a surprise, so delicious that we wanted to stamp our feet! 💃 In addition to the limited menu, the restaurant also offers a rich selection of regular dishes, so you don't have to worry about not finding something you like. The duck main course I ordered was absolutely fantastic - the outer skin was so crispy that it made a "crunch" sound when I bit into it, while the meat inside was tender and juicy, and the seasoning was just right. I was still reminiscing about it after eating! 😋 The staff in the restaurant are also extremely considerate. They took good care of us from the moment we were seated until we finished our meal, and they responded promptly to any needs. It felt really warm! 🥰 The restaurant also has a fantastic bar with happy hour every day. The cocktails made here are good-looking and delicious, and the slightly tipsy feeling is so comfortable! 🍹 The overall atmosphere of this restaurant is very comfortable and warm, and the decoration is also very stylish. It's extremely relaxing to sit here and have a meal. Moreover, the location is super convenient - it's right opposite the National Museum of American History.
