Chef Tian’s Hunan Cuisine in Rowland Heights – A Spicy Must-Try! 🌶️😭
If you’re craving authentic, bold, and seriously flavorful Hunan food in LA — look no further than Chef Tian’s! I first tried them back in August when they just opened, and returning now just confirmed: this place is LEGIT. Fresh ingredients, intense wok hei, and spice levels that hit just right. 🔥 Spicy Crab Dry Pot The crab is fresh and fragrant — the aroma hits you the second it lands on the table. Tender, well-spiced, and totally addictive. A bit tricky to crack? They give you crab crackers! 🦀 🌽 Sweet Corn with Minced Pork & Tomato A sweet and savory combo that’s insanely good with rice. I literally ate spoonfuls of this by itself. 🥢 Stir-Fried Tripe with Pickled Radish Sour, crunchy, and super appetizing! The tripe is stir-fried to perfection — this dish alone will make you order extra rice. 🍛 Abalone with Pepper & Pork A classic Hunan staple, but leveled up with tender abalone. The wok hei is insane — every bite is fragrant and powerful. 🍗 Spicy Chicken Wings Crispy outside, juicy inside, and seriously spicy. My lips were tingling but I couldn’t stop. 🍳 Stir-Fried Eggs with Chili If you love eggs, order this! So much more flavor than your average scrambled eggs. 🧆 Stinky Tofu As a stinky tofu fanatic — I approve! The flavor is strong and authentic, just like what I had in Hunan. We spent around $30 per person and left beyond full. The portions are generous, the flavors are real, and the spice? It’s no joke — but you won’t want to stop. They’re located in a plaza with free parking, and when I went in the afternoon, it wasn’t crowded at all. They even offer free ice cream after your meal! 🍦 Can’t wait to go back when it gets colder and try their pork belly & chicken soup — heard it’s next level. 📍 Chef Tian’s Hunan Cuisine 18248 Gale Ave, City of Industry, CA 91748 ⏰ Hours: 11:00–22:00 #ChefTians #HunanFood #RowlandHeightsEats #SpicyLA #AuthenticChinese #LAFoodie #MustTry #WokHeiHeaven #ComfortInABowl #ChiliLovers
