This time, passing by Chelsea, I noticed the menu had almost completely changed. The proper lunch I had was pretty good! 🌟 📍Kame, 330 8th Ave, New York, NY 10001 🍜Tonkotsu Ramen Ordered the traditional tonkotsu broth. The chashu slices were huge—almost covering the entire bowl! Added a soft-boiled egg.
