Cheltenham's No. 1 Food Gem in the Cotswolds!
Regular followers already know — Kaikai is very picky about food 😂 So when something makes the "Kaikai Selection", you know it’s legit 👌 And today… the highest honor goes to: 🍽 Brasserie Blanc — a French restaurant in Cheltenham! Let me just say this about their 🐌 snails: They’re not just incredibly delicious — they’re so good they even beat Saizeriya’s famous snails on value! Their cheese soufflé is also out of this world — fluffy, rich, cheesy… I’d gladly hand over all my money 💸✨ But here’s the main event — EVERYONE needs to try their Duck Leg Confit 🦆 I’ve had many confit ducks, but this is unquestionably the BEST. One bite and I was conquered. The skin is insanely crispy, yet the meat melts in your mouth. How do they even do that?! The sauce is indescribably good — I don’t have the vocabulary, but it matches the duck perfectly. Just when I thought it couldn’t get better… That unassuming piece of potato on the side? It’s actually a pan-fried potato and cheese gratin! Absolute texture heaven 😭👏 There was also a red wine beef stew that deserves a shoutout — it could easily be a star dish anywhere else, but here it was totally outshone. I looked it up later — it’s a chain?! 😱 How can a chain be this good?! I almost considered moving to Cheltenham for this place… but then I found out there’s one in London too! Revival mode: ON 🔥 Hopefully the price is the same — here it was under £50 per person. If London’s the same? Mind.
