Chopsuey Cafe at Dempsey Hill 🌿

📍 Chopsuey Cafe at Dempsey I recently visited Chopsuey Cafe on Dempsey Hill, and here are my thoughts on their dim sum: 1⃣️ Orange Duck Dumplings: Not exactly bad, but a very strange combination. After all, oranges🍊 and duck meat don't usually go together... and the oranges are served hot! 🤔 2⃣️ Vegetable Crystal Dumplings: Just a normal taste. Yeah... pretty normal. 🥬 3⃣️ White Skin Shrimp Dumplings: This was the best among the three—simple yet delicious, with a classic shrimp dumpling flavor. 🥟 🤔️ It feels like their dim sum follows a creative and fusion route, combining Chinese and Western flavors. That's why there are some really unusual pairings. I didn't get to try anything from their regular menu, which is a bit of a pity. I'll definitely give it another try next time! 🌟 The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning, though.
