Paired with the buttery, crispy puff pastry below, I can't bear to finish eating it all. 💜 The raspberry option has the lowest sweetness level. The tangy and sweet raspberries are very fresh, and they pair perfectly with the pistachio crumbs. 💛 The lemon and grapefruit flavor is incredibly refreshing, adorned with meringue on top, and the rich vanilla cream below reveals vanilla bean pods. 🧡 The honey option is a classic in the shop, as it contains honeycomb, which makes it a bit sweeter. A special surprise is that the puff pastry remains crispy even the next day!
