This year, holiday favorites are back! 🎅🍾 Both The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Denver’s Brown Palace, and the Inverness Hilton have revived their festive Christmas brunch buffets — bringing back that special holiday cheer and a whole lot of delicious food! While Inverness Hilton’s Christmas spread was priced higher than usual and felt a bit more “family-style,” the selection was actually smaller than their regular Sunday brunch buffet 😅. No oysters this time 🦪, and the hot dishes and desserts were less elaborate than usual — but still tasty and nicely presented.
