Overlooking London from here, especially during sunset, the golden glow of the city and its beautiful skyline are simply mesmerizing. It’s best to arrive before sunset to enjoy this romantic and tranquil experience. 🌇✨ 🍽 Culinary Experience The restaurant specializes in modern British cuisine. To be honest, I’ve never quite grasped the charm of traditional British dishes. The food here is a refined version of British cuisine, but the flavors are quite strong, especially the Wellington steak. I’m not a fan of dishes with puff pastry, so it felt a bit greasy. The desserts are beautifully presented but overly sweet. 🍰 🍸 Beverage Experience The cocktail bar is quite distinctive. I ordered a few cocktails, and the mixology is very meticulous. Although I’m not a big fan of alcohol, the bartending skills here are truly impressive.
