Since its opening in 2022, Cordelia has received rave reviews and was even named Best New Restaurant by a local magazine this year 🏆. If you’re dining as a couple, I highly recommend booking seats at the bar—you can enjoy your meal while watching the chefs work in the open kitchen 👨🍳🔥. Every dish we tried was delightful, and the cocktails were impressive too. Compared to NYC prices, the value here is incredible! 💰✨ 🧺 What We Ordered: 🍝 Cabbage & Cold Noodles A refreshing udon salad packed with nutty sesame aroma and chewy noodles. The chili oil tastes just like Chinese “you po lazi” – a delicious Asian fusion twist! 🌶️😋 🍖 Corned Lamb Tender, salt-cured lamb shank that’s so soft it melts in your mouth. The curing process removes any gaminess – perfection! 🐑❤️ 🧄 Cauliflower Roasted cauliflower served over subtly sweet sweet potato purée. Topped with crispy beans, raisins, chicory, and pecorino cheese for amazing texture and flavor! 🥦🍠 🍮 Butterscotch Pudding with Crispy Rice Silky smooth pudding that’s like elevated custard. The crispy rice adds a nice crunch and balances the sweetness perfectly. 🍚🍮 Ended the night with a fun visit to the casino next door 🎰.
