Cleveland Food | Who Understands the Gold in These Bites? 🥹✨
1️⃣ Coca Cake House 🍰: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We took an Uber planning to try the famous Dagu Rice Noodle… but the driver dropped us off at the wrong place! Turned out to be this unassuming little bakery — and wow, am I glad we stumbled upon it! 🍞 Despite the cold, the shop was packed with people. Prices were unbelievably affordable compared to NYC. We grabbed a few items randomly, and they were still WARM — especially the taro mochi bun… pure nostalgia 😭❤️ That first bite healed all my winter blues 🥲💫 Highly recommend! They also sell frozen buns you can take home — great deal! 2️⃣ Dagu Rice Noodle 🍜: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One word: AROMA! This might be the best rice noodle soup I’ve had in the U.S. — light yet flavorful, like an upgraded version of A Xiang Rice Noodle (but better 😋). They have a wide variety of broths and toppings, prices are fair, and their bubble tea is pretty good too! Definitely a must-try. 3️⃣ West Side Market 🥩: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Felt more like a local grocery market / farmer’s market vibe — but with a festive Christmas crowd! 🎄 Everyone was shopping for “holiday goods” — so lively and fun! We tried beef jerky from three different stalls — the honey barbecue was the winner 🍯🔥! Cheaper than convenience store jerky and tasted like homemade. Also picked up some macarons and desserts — solid choices! The market is fairly small though, and most vendors sell semi-prepared Western foods. As a tourist, you’d probably only spend 30 mins here — best for spices, jerky, and sweets. #USA #TravelUSA #Cleveland #ClevelandCavaliers #Foodie #HiddenGems #OffTheBeatenPath #DaguRiceNoodle #ClevelandTravel #FoodieUniverse 🍜🔍
