📍 Isfahan, Iran The Atashgah Fire Temple of Isfahan is a Zoroastrian (Zoroastrianism) relic, built during the Sasanian Empire (224-651 AD) as a religious site to worship the sacred fire. At its center was an altar used to house the sacred fire, and the top was once covered by a dome.
