Collectively featuring the African Big Five

Location: Sabi Sand, Londolozi Private Game Reserve No words can describe the impact that the African savannah had on me. It was like The Lion King stepping into reality, or me stumbling onto the set of a wildlife documentary.πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚ My favorite times of day were sunrise and sunset. In the early morning, the cool air carried the scent of grass and dew. The sky transitioned from deep blue to the white of a fish's belly, and then to brilliant orange. πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒThe red sun would suddenly pop above the horizon. Animals emerged one by one from the bushes where they had taken shelter from the cold, playing and feeding before the sun climbed high and the temperature became unbearable. At dusk, the heat began to dissipate. The lions, who had slept all day, yawned and stretched, getting ready for their nocturnal hunting. The sun slowly sank in the west, casting a golden glow over the entire world.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I was extremely fortunate to see not only the African Big Five (lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and buffalo), but also their young ones. I even saw a cheetah, which is usually elusive, quietly lying in the grass. It looked like an elegant lady resting on a chaise lounge.πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜† I should write a separate post to highly praise Londolozi for the wonderful experience it provided.πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ The most important tip: If you want to take good photos of animals on a safari, be sure to bring a lens of at least 400mm. Even if the animals are not afraid of people, the guide will not drive the vehicle too close in order to protect the ecosystem.πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜† #safari #AfricanSafari #Wildlife #kruger #SouthAfrica #KrugerNationalPark #SabiSand #Londolozi #Travel #AfricanTravel #Africa #HiddenTravelDestination
