Cologne’s Sweet Treasure: A Centenary Cake Shop! 🎀🍰

I've been eyeing this cake shop for a long time! It has a history of over a hundred years. When I walked in, I asked the lovely staff which cake was the most “typical,” and they recommended the Black Forest cake! The rich aroma of cherry liqueur was delightful. I tried the cream on its own, and it also had cherry liqueur mixed in. Plus, it wasn’t overly sweet! 😋 As an Asian, I was thrilled! The cookie base at the bottom was super crispy, with no dampness from sitting too long. That's definitely worth mentioning! 👏 Recently, Cologne has been experiencing a significant drop in temperature, and at times, it even snows!
