Cologne - German Pork Knuckle 🍖

🍖 Crispy Roasted Pork Knuckle: Delicious! Highly recommended for meat lovers to try. The side dishes are great too! 🐷 Boiled Pork Knuckle: It’s okay, but all three of us felt the roasted version was better. The sauerkraut side dish is fantastic and balances the meal nicely (I think I had this in June 2023, but I can’t recall the exact name). 🍺 Cologne Specialty Beer: It’s decent. I usually don’t know much about beer, and this one seemed normal. When it’s cold at first, it’s not bad—not bitter at all. But later on, it just felt too heavy 😫. Most beers are like that, right?
