Colombian Cuisine in Miami!

At a street corner in Miami's Little Havana, my friends and I visited Bandeja Paisa Restaurant, a family-owned eatery full of Colombian charm.🍃 ✅We ordered the signature Bandeja Paisa set, and when it arrived at our table, we couldn't help but exclaim—a 30-centimeter-wide clay plate was filled with grilled ribeye steak, pork belly, avocado, and most impressively, a base of red bean rice and fried plantains, accompanied by a fried egg and cornbread. 🥙 The server enthusiastically taught us the traditional way to eat it: mix the runny egg yolk into the rice and dip the crispy pork skin in tomato-onion sauce.📷 A grandmother at the next table also recommended her favorite tropical juice—a bright yellow blend of soursop and mango, served in a rustic clay cup with a cinnamon stick as a stirrer.🥳 It's a great place for a meal, and I'll definitely be back. #MiamiEats #ColombianFood #BandejaPaisa #FamilyRestaurant
