But to try the famous Chinese restaurant Atlas Kitchen, I finally made my first visit there after living in New York for five years 🌆 Sliced Pork Belly w/ Garlic Sauce 🌶️ Dried Mountain Pork Belly $11.95 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The portion is really generous! I almost couldn’t eat my main course after this. The taste is great, but the main course was just too delicious. That’s why I gave it four stars 🍽️ Stewed Blue Crab w/ Tofu Soup 🦀 Blue Crab and Tofu Soup $28.95 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There are about three or four crabs in the soup. The meat and crab roe are very plump, and the soup is full of flavor. Although the crabs are a bit pricey, how could I miss out on such a reasonable price? In Korea, we usually make spicy crab soup, but this was my first time trying it in a clear soup. It really brings out the true flavor of the crab. The meat is tender, and the roe is rich.
