· As with many good restaurants in Copenhagen, booking a table is a must, and Pluto is no exception. I made a reservation on their official website a week before coming to Copenhagen. The location is fantastic, right in the city center, within walking distance from all the major sights. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ · The lively background music, the wooden floors and tables with a touch of age, the open bar, and the warm welcome from the staff all contribute to the bustling atmosphere of this Michelin-starred restaurant. Chef Rasmus Oubaek’s deep understanding of Danish flavors makes Pluto a tough table to snag and always buzzing with conversation. Watching Danes gather here, clinking glasses and chatting, gives a glimpse into their relaxed and happy lifestyle. 🎶🥘😊 · The food is excellent; the pan-fried cod is a must-try, complemented by the beetroot and a fresh, slightly acidic sauce that enhances the fish perfectly.
