🌅 Cornell Summer School | A Six-Week Dream
Be sure to catch a sunset at Libe Slope at dusk—the entire campus turns a soft orange-pink, like a dream you never want to wake up from 🌄. Here’s my summer school highlights reel: 1️⃣ Libe Slope The official spot for sunset gazing and daydreaming! 🌇 Many people sit on the grass to watch the sun go down. On my last day at Cornell, I even saw a hot balloon in the sky! 🎈 2️⃣ McGraw Tower The bell tower was under renovation for months—but it finally reopened in my last week! 🔔🎉 3️⃣ Johnson Museum of Art The top floor has a huge window with a panoramic view of Ithaca and Cayuga Lake 🖼️🌲. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking! 🥹 4️⃣ Uris Library A magical Harry Potter-style library that really makes you feel like you’re in a wizard’s academy! ⚡📚 Though it can get a bit noisy with tourists sometimes. 5️⃣ Holland Hall My dorm—woke up to beautiful views every morning! 🪟✨ 6️⃣ Campus Squirrels 🐿️ You’ll see these cute little guys everywhere—so playful and fun to watch! 📌 Application Requirements: ✅ Open to students in grades 10-12 ✅ Required materials: Transcript, recommendation letter, 3 essays ✅ Language proficiency: IELTS 7.5+ or TOEFL 105+ It was truly a dream-like six weeks—one I’ll always cherish 💙📘. #Cornell #SummerSchool #IvyLeague #Ithaca #StudyInTheUS #NatureOnCampus #StudyAbroadLife
