Craving Indian Food in the UK šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§? Dil Se Delivers!

We all know Birmingham has a thriving Indian community - so how could the Indian food here be anything less than amazing? šŸ˜‹ After enjoying Tamatanga (a popular Indian chain), I knew Indian cuisine was my jam, so I set out to explore more options. The other day while passing through Mailbox, I spotted a stylish Indian restaurant inside the mall (not the one at the entrance). Their sign caught my eye with: ✨ 20% off Monday-Friday (12-5pm) ✨ Buy 1 Get 1 cocktails/mocktails Mon-Thu Of course I had to try it! Went in the afternoon when it wasn't too crowded. What we ordered: 1ļøāƒ£ Dil Se Special Non Veg Platter (Ā£42.95) - A MASSIVE mixed grill with lamb chops, chicken, salmon, and prawns. Classic Indian BBQ flavors with portions so generous we nearly rolled out! šŸ¤°šŸ– 2ļøāƒ£ Cheese Naan (Ā£5.25) - Fresh from the oven with that perfect cheese pull! Anyone who's tried Tamatanga knows the power of Indian cheese naan. šŸ§€šŸ”„ Pro tip: They only charge 5% service fee for groups of 4+. Our bill came to ~Ā£20pp for a meat coma-worthy feast! šŸ’·šŸ˜“ Noticed many enjoying their afternoon tea set too - unlimited hot drinks with dainty treats. Too full this time, but definitely coming back to try! ā˜•šŸ° #birminghamindianfood #universityofbirmingham #uk #indiancuisine #birmingham #fivewayseats #mailboxfood #ukfoodexplorer
