I’ve been to Amber several times now, and it has never failed to impress! Each visit feels like a new journey through taste, texture, and visual beauty. The menu is brilliantly creative, featuring vibrant, colorful dishes inspired by a range of influences – each one showcasing exciting flavors and beautifully contrasting textures. 🎨🍽️ This time, I was drawn in by a photo of their new sea bass dish with bergamot sauce from their Instagram – and it was just as spectacular to eat as it was to look at! ✨🐟 We also shared: Crab Dumplings with Spiced Bisque – delicate, rich, and deeply flavorful 🦀🥟 Incredibly Tender Hanger Steak – so soft you could cut it with a spoon! Served with zesty chimichurri and sweet shallots 🥄🥩 Grilled Zucchini with Mint, Yogurt & Crispy Dukkah – fresh, herby, and wonderfully crunchy 🥒🌿 I absolutely adore the decor and atmosphere here – light concrete, warm wood accents, and lush plants create a calm, modern vibe that’s perfect for a relaxed yet refined meal. The wine list is also thoughtfully curated and pairs beautifully with the food. 🍷🪴 The team is always friendly and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful experience.
