Passing through San Carlos on the Peninsula, I tried this New Orleans-style restaurant: CreoLa Bistro, and I was seriously impressed! 😍 We ordered the Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee 🍤🦞 and the Beignets 🍩. The etouffee had a generous amount of crawfish—tender, fresh, and simmered in a rich but not overly heavy sauce. The flavors blended perfectly! 👌 The beignets were crispy outside, soft and fluffy inside, dusted with powdered sugar and served with chocolate and caramel dipping sauces—absolutely delicious! 🧡 The restaurant has a stylish and cozy vibe, with lovely outdoor seating. 🌿🍽️ Our server, a friendly gentleman, was very attentive and warm.
