Croatia🇭🇷 Zadar Foodie Guide
🌱Zadar - a city where seagulls sing all day long. Most visitors only stay for a day, content to gaze at sunsets and unwind. 🐟 Fish Market Adventure Arrived past 10am when half the stalls were packing up, but still scored premium tuna belly at just €20/kg! Only challenges: our Airbnb's dull knives and a 1km trek for wasabi. Still, an absolute steal! 🍤 Restaurant Roundup 🌊 Buza (Hidden alley spot). Likely raised prices, but their fried fish + wine combo has great vibes.🌴 Konoba Vila Velebita. Massive portions (soup bowls = mixing bowls!). Excellent fried squid. Super friendly staff 🍸 Tinel. Tuna carpaccio: meh. Meat platter: huge but forgettable. 😝 Teatro Konoba. Fried squid: delicious Soup: just okay 💰 Reality Check The Old Town (tourist zone) has gotten noticeably pricier. Venturing into residential areas, I found €2 lattes! 😂 While all these spots were decent, none truly wowed me. Pro tip: Stick to Google's 4+ rated places. Anyone tried Zadar's fine dining? Would love reviews! #CroatiaTravel #Zadar #ZadarFood #ZadarSunset
