Da Settimo

This is a restaurant I've been eating at since I was a child. The owner and his daughter practically watched me grow up. Back when there weren't as many restaurants around, this was my favorite place to go. Their Maltagliati al Branzino was always my go-to primo dish, and of course, many of their other dishes were pretty good too.🍴 The last time I went was probably in April. I heard later that the owner sold the restaurant to someone else. Now, it doesn't taste as good as it used to. Friends tell me the seafood isn't as fresh either. It's such a pity. I don't think I'll be going back.🍴 It's soft, fragrant, and sweet. The surface is drizzled with honey or some other sweet sauce. Upon closer inspection, the sauce even has tiny, twinkling specks. I'm someone who usually dislikes fruit, but I find the fruit here really delicious. (Finally got around to posting these photos I'd been hoarding for ages.
