Dallas Japanese Restaurant - Perfect Salmon Sashimi

✨The dinner rush here is absolutely wild – this place is booming! The menu features a mix of Japanese dishes and some Korean options. 🥰I have to recommend the salmon sashimi – it's easily among the top three freshest and most delicious I’ve had in the greater Dallas area. They also offer an incredible variety of sushi rolls. 🥰We ordered: Poke #1* Wrapped in soy paper, filled with salmon, crab meat, avocado, and cucumber, topped with poke mix and scallions. This roll is rice-free and packed with ingredients – so satisfying! 🩷The only letdown was the salmon roe sushi – the portion was smaller than average. Hope the restaurant takes note and improves this! ✔️Overall, it’s a treat to enjoy sashimi of this quality without having to drive all the way to Uptown or Downtown.
