Darwin | Driving Right Into the Ocean π
First day in Darwin during the rainy season π§οΈ I love the endless rain hereβit feels breathable. It stirs an urge to run wildly in the rain,soaking wet yet completely happy and willing. This time, I went with a local couple to Dundee Beach ποΈ Grateful they brought me along for a raw, authentic experience βa beach where you can drive straight into the sea, a beach where you can chase seabirds. When the tide rises, seawater floods the entire shore, merging with river channels and filling up all of Darwin. Saltwater crocodiles have been spotted here too π The 5.5m-long giant croc in the museum was once caught right here.
