Day 3: Camargue Nature Park → Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer → Béziers

✨ One of my favorite days! 🦩 Parc Ornithologique (Camargue Bird Park) 📍 Entry fee: €8 | Parking available at entrance Saw hundreds of flamingos—so noisy but magical when they took flight! Huge park with two zones (more animals in summer). Helpful numbered trail map with fun facts about flamingos along the way. Got a free Camargue wetlands map at the ticket office—tons of lakes & hidden spots to explore! 💖 Bonus in Summer: Don’t miss Salin d’Aigues-Mortes—those pink salt ponds are unreal! 🏖️ Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer Silky-soft sandy beach → perfect post-flamingo chill spot. 🌌 Night in Béziers 🏡 Stayed at Royal Palmeraie (a countryside B&B near Aubagne): Gorgeous but SUPER remote—had to drive down a terrifying dark road at night (we were dead silent the whole time 😱).
