I’m giving this place a solid five stars. 😘😘😘 While it doesn’t have much in terms of ambiance—it’s a simple wooden shack by the roadside in Calenzano—once you open the door, the aroma of meat fills your nose. Two staff members handle everything from cash register duties to serving the food. The portions are large, the food is delicious and affordable, and the place is packed with local workers during meal times. After eating, everyone conscientiously recycles and sorts their utensils and plates. 💕💕💕 The menu has slight daily variations. The second course is even better than the first, and I highly recommend the braised meat series. You get a full plate of tender, flavorful meat, served with a piece of bread for just €8.50. - Beef and beef tongue - Beef cheek Dipping the bread into the rich sauce is incredibly satisfying.
