Delicious beyond words

🍞 I went there with high expectations and was still pleasantly surprised, you can imagine how great it is! There are many good bakeries in LA. Croissants require high-quality ingredients and excellent pastry skills, and French bakeries do particularly well. But any filled pastries are usually very sweet! This Japanese bakery in SD not only has the best basic dough and flaky pastry, but also has unique fillings that are not too sweet or greasy, which is perfect for Asian tastes! 🍞I usually make desserts with 7 parts sugar, and I think their desserts are at most 6 parts sugar. It's the best and least sweet and greasy bread I've had in the United States! 🍞 Matcha Croissant πŸ₯, it has a fragrant aroma of butter when you take a bite! The pastry is crispy enough, the fermentation is excellent, and the texture is light and airy. You can see from the cross-section that it's fully fermented! It's great! The filling is matcha custard, which is not too sweet, not bitter, but just right! Highly recommended! 🍞 Chocolate Danish, you can really imagine how ingenious the owner is. The croissant dough is used as the base, and I thought it would just be bread with chocolate custard, but when I cut it open, I found out that there is actually a madeleine sandwiched between the bread and the chocolate sauce! The crispiness of the bread, the moistness of the madeleine, and the rich aroma of the chocolate! I can only say, they are too creative!! #100RestaurantsPlan #BreadLoverActivated #BreadAddict #SweetTreatsMakeMeHappy #LosAngelesFood #SanDiegoFood #Matcha #Croissant #JapaneseBread #FoodDiary
