🌴This downtown restaurant focuses on a farm-to-table concept. Our server, Trent, was professional and recommended fried pig ears and pork belly as appetizers—the pig ears were crispy without being greasy, and the pork belly was braised to perfection. 💗For the main course, the bison burger was cooked exactly as ordered, with a hearty patty. The Bloody Marys were unlimited refills, spicy and flavorful. ⭐ The overall atmosphere is rustic modern, with a cost of around $50 per person.
