🌳In the afternoon, my friend took me to The Farm House to try flavors I'd never experienced before! When we walked into this farmhouse-style restaurant, the server James was standing by an oak barrel reviewing the day's menu. ☀️He led us to a long table by the window—wow, the view here was really nice. 💗The fried pig ears served first were truly impressive—coated in a thin layer of rye flour and fried until crispy, served with a smoked chili sauce for dipping. My friend, who was hesitant at first, ended up ordering a second portion after trying it. 🍃We ordered the bison burger medium-rare, and the patty showed a delicate pink when cut open. 🍁The recommended pork belly was suggested to be paired with pickles to cut through the richness.
