Delicious French Cuisine in the Charming Town of Châlons-en-Champagne

Today, we explored the Route du Champagne in France and stayed in the lovely town of Châlons-en-Champagne. 🍇✨ Upon our hostess’s recommendation, we tried a rustic, "farmhouse-style" French meal. Unlike the refined plating and elegant ambiance of big-city dining, this place had a coarser, heartier touch—but it was full of warmth and flavor! 😋 We started with an Italian ham and cheese platter and escargots (snails) 🧀🐌, followed by two juicy steaks and a serving of steak tartare (raw beef) 🥩🍴.
