Denmark | Aarhus Deer Park
š Location: Ćrneredevej 6, 8270 HĆøjbjerg š” These deer are called āelves fallen to earth.ā Itās a must-see spot in Aarhus, and itās freeāno tickets required. š Best to visit in spring or summer when the weather is mild and the scenery is beautiful. In winter, the trees are bare, and the views arenāt as picturesque. š Use Google Maps to plan your route. I took a 30-minute train from Horsens to Aarhus, then a bus from Aarhus Central Station to the deer park. After getting off the bus, itās a 10-minute walk through a dense, tranquil forestāvery soothing. š¦ The deer are gentle. Male deer are less shy than females and have beautiful antlers. Bring pasta or carrots; otherwise, the deer wonāt pay attention to you. When I took carrots out of my bag, the deer flocked over. (Tip: Donāt take out a whole bag at once, or theyāll snatch it all. Give a little at a time to play with the deer longer.) š Next to the deer park is the sea, with a small sandy beach and a pretty round bridgeāperfect for a sit-down with a stunning view. ā° Suggested visit duration: 2 hours #Denmark #Aarhus #DenmarkTravel #Deer
