💡 I made a special trip to the original La Cabra in Aarhus, Denmark. 🫧 Founded in 2012, this coffee brand is hailed as the “Hermès of coffee.” 🫧 Danes love their cafés, and this one was almost full —a testament to how beloved La Cabra is. 💡 The café has two floors: the second is a cozy attic. The baristas are quirky and lovely, and they’re happy to recommend ☕️ beans. ☕️ La Cabra offers a wide range of coffee beans: Single Origin – These highlight the unique flavors and characteristics of coffee from specific regions. La Cabra focuses on bright, fruity acidity and complex layers. 🤎 Signature Blends – These balance acidity, sweetness, and bitterness for an everyday cup. 🤎 Limited Editions – La Cabra often releases limited beans from special processes or rare varieties. 🤎 Light Roast – They prefer light or medium roasts to preserve the beans’ original flavors, especially delicate fruity and floral notes. I tried a cinnamon roll and a canelé—both delicious.
