Denver | Cozy Japanese Bakery β Found My New Hojicha Spot! ππ΅
Tucked away on South Pearl Street, Tokyo Premium Bakery is a sweet little find β though easy to miss! The sign is small, and it shares space with a ceramic gallery πΊ. Across the street is the popular restaurant Bird. They offer a lovely variety of Japanese-style baked goods β but go early! Both times I visited around 2 PM, the selection was limited. π₯ Red Bean Bun & Mixed Berry Danish β Both delicious, soft, and freshly made. β I also tried their drinks: Jasmine Tea β Light and fragrant Hojicha β Toasty, smooth, and even better than matcha! Highly recommend π₯ The cafe is small but cozy, with window seats and two tables. I love sitting by the window β watching South Pearl Street bathed in afternoon sunlight is pure bliss π. π₯ Most customers seem to be young locals who live or hang around the area. β οΈ One Downside: The white female server with a consistently rude attitude really brings down the vibe π€. She seemed annoyed when I asked for a to-go bag, and I noticed her treating other customers the same way. Not sure why sheβs still working hereβ¦ On the bright side β the other server (with dark hair) is super sweet and welcoming π. β Tip: Visit before 3 PM for the best selection and better chances of avoiding that grumpy server. #TokyoPremiumBakery #DenverBakeries #JapaneseBakery #HojichaLove #BreadHeaven #SouthPearlStreet #DenverEats #CustomerServiceMatters #SupportSmallBusinesses
