While Denver’s Chinese food scene isn’t huge, I was lucky to discover this gem — Old Town Hot Pot! They offer an all-you-can-eat format for just $22.99 per person (before tax) 🎉 You can choose from 8 soup bases — each person gets their own individual hot pot. My favorites are the black chicken and tonkotsu broths 🍲 The selection may not be enormous, but it’s more than enough — and everything is fresh and satisfying. If you’re a clam lover, don’t miss their large clams — plump, juicy, and delicious! Overall, it’s a great value AYCE hot pot that hits the spot. If you’re craving hot pot in Denver, this is the place to go! 💡 P.S. We also tried the highly-rated The Bronze Empire — a more upscale, à la carte hot pot spot. While their meat quality was better, the variety and value at Old Town Hot Pot won us over.
