Another layover, another quest for good airport food — and this time, Gate A at Denver Airport delivered! I discovered Einstein Bros Bagels, checked the reviews (solid ratings ✅), and decided to give it a shot. I went for the Everything Bagel with Avocado + Egg 🥑🍳 — and for just over $8 including tax, it was a total win! The bagel was fresh, satisfyingly chewy, and the avocado-egg combo was creamy, hearty, and classic.
