Denver Food|Delicious Tofu Soup & Korean Marinated Shrimp! 🦐🔥
After skiing in Aspen, our first meal in Denver! 🍚 Originally planned to eat next door, but it was packed—so we walked into this spot instead. The vibe was nice, service was friendly, and the tableware was pretty 🍽️✨. Side dishes were okay, and prices were a bit high. Even though it’s Korean food, the crowd was mostly white. No wait on a Saturday night, and it wasn’t full. Must-Try Dishes! 🫕 1️⃣ Crispy Pork Cutlet – The mozzarella cheese pull was insane! 🧀🤯 Perfectly fried, extra crunchy, and the combo with cheese & dipping sauce was chef’s kiss 👌🏼 My #1 pick! 2️⃣ Marinated Shrimp (🦐) – SO GOOD! 🍤 Despite Denver being landlocked, these shrimp were fat with roe! Paired with purple rice? Heaven. 😍 3️⃣ Beef Soon Tofu – Got it regular spicy 🌶️, and it was a tad hotter than usual Korean spots. Lots of beef + silky tofu = flavor bomb! 💥 Skip the marinated crab (🦀) – Not fresh, tiny, and overly salty from long marination. 😕 Overall, a solid spot if you don’t wanna wait, but not the best value. 🏠: Tofu Story 💰: ~$50 per person #DenverEats #DenverFoodie #Aspen #Vail
