Denver Food Recommendation β Sushi Den π£
Saw many people recommending this Japanese spot, so I made a reservation to check it out. π° Price: π²π²π² β around $80β100 per person if you love sashimi and sushi. ποΈ Ambiance: Quite Americanized, always crowded, seating is pretty tight. π Dinner only β reservations are a must. π£ Sushi Highlights: The sushi was very fresh β highly recommend the lobster and toro nigiri β both were amazing! The lobster came topped with roe and wrapped in a thin layer of nori β the lobster was QQ and bouncy, overall texture was fantastic. The uni and scallop were just okay in quality and texture. π₯’ Appetizers: Tried the eggplant (recommended by the server) β tasted like typical American-Japanese style. The tempura was soft and crispy, fried perfectly. Tempura shrimp is a must-order for me βπ» π° Dessert: Green tea tiramisu β not too sweet, really tasty! It had a layer of red bean paste inside β matcha and red bean are always a perfect match π€ The server mentioned this one is less sweet than their chocolate desserts β great for those who donβt like overly sweet American-style desserts. #DenverFood #SushiDen #JapaneseFood #DenverEats ποΈ
