I squeezed in 4 days of exploring Denver after a work conference in late Aprilβno rental car needed! The highlight? A guided day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP) ποΈ that blew my expectations! πΆβοΈ Itinerary DAY 1: Downtown Walk π» Big Blue Bear β ποΈ Larimer Square (vintage shops!) β π Dairy Block β π Union Station β π REI Flagship (converted train factory). DAY 2: Art & Culture π¨ Populus Hotel (eco-chic!) β ποΈ Colorado State Capitol (free tours + golden dome views!) β π¨ Denver Art Museum (check free days!) β π΅ Botanic Gardens (Uber required). ποΈ RMNP Tour Review I almost skipped itβglad I didnβt! Our guide went the extra mile (literally!) to spot wildlife: π¦ Fox family near the park entrance π¦ Elk, deer, and more inside the park π° A prospector in our group even showed us his vial of gold flakes (mined from the Rockies!).
