That morning, our group of six made an online reservation and headed to the restaurant with hungry hearts and hopeful appetites. When we arrived at the bar, we were initially told that the kitchen had already closed. 😮 But after we explained that we had a reservation for six—with a planned order from the main menu—they made an exception and gave us just two minutes to place our order! ⏳ It was a close call, but luckily we made it—and thank goodness we did! We had two hungry teenage sons with us who had already walked 15 minutes dreaming of a hearty meal. We all ordered quickly, and though we were warned the wait would be about an hour, we decided to stay and make the most of it. We ordered drinks, sat outside by the river, and enjoyed the stunning view.
