It’s that time again—Friday Dine Out ritual! 🎬 Tonight, we finally tried the highly raved Ophelia, a place I’ve been eyeing forever for its legendary giant octopus leg! 🐙 We went for their Dine Out menu plus some à la carte must-haves. 🧾 Dine Out Menu ✨ Starter: TreeTree’s Corn Tacos 🌮 Loaded with melted cheese, smoky roasted pork, and a generous dollop of creamy avocado 🥑—heaven in every bite! ✨ Main Course: Bone-In Short Rib 🥩 Fall-off-the-bone tender, braised to perfection. The real magic? The black truffle corn and black cherry sauce somehow gave me eggplant stew vibes… 🍆✨ (Weirdly delicious!) ✨ Dessert: Chocolate Cake 🍰 A huge slab with banana-infused cream 🍌—rich but not cloying! 💡 Fun Fact: Their Dine Out dishes aren’t on the regular menu—a unique twist compared to other spots! ✨ À La Carte Highlights 🍤 Prawn Ceviche Tostada: Three plump, bouncy shrimp atop crispy tortillas with radish and tomato confetti—fresh and zesty! 🐙 Star of the Night—Giant Octopus Leg: Crispy outside, buttery inside, glazed in a sweet-spicy Mexican sauce 🌶️.
