Dining Experience at a Miami Korean BBQ Spot!
🌴The quality of the wagyu at COTE Miami is absolutely excellent. Among the five types of beef we ordered, the ribeye and short rib were particularly worth recommending. The staff helped us grill the meat, mastering the heat perfectly. However, the side dishes definitely need improvement. I found the kimchi lacking in crispness, the pickled radish had a noticeable fibrous texture, and the only sauce provided was plain soy sauce. 💎 🌼Compared to other Korean BBQ spots, it lacked classic side dishes like marinated onions and spinach salad, which made the overall experience a bit disappointing.
