Dining in Paris | A Michelin One-Star Experience at Mosuke 🌟

For our anniversary, my partner booked a table at the highly sought-after Mosuke in Paris, a Michelin one-star restaurant. The reservation was made six months in advance through Amex. The chef, Mory Sacko, is the first chef selected by Louis Vuitton for their global restaurant venture. ⛵️ When we saw the menu, we instantly understood why LV chose him. The names of the dishes—like "Vol de Nuit" (Night Flight) and "Hivernage" (Winter Voyage)—perfectly align with LV's travel-focused brand DNA. The concept of a "taste journey" fits naturally with the brand's identity, and Chef Sacko's streetwear and pop culture vibe also matches LV's recent direction. LV truly knows how to pick the right person! 🍽️🥂 Mosuke specializes in a fusion of French, Japanese, and African flavors. We opted for the 9-course "Vol de Nuit" menu, which was an incredible journey from the refreshing Japanese-style chawan-mushi to the luxurious Brittany lobster, and then the rich and hearty West African Mafé beef. Each dish was full of exotic flavors and depth. The dessert was also unique, featuring shiitake caramel sauce and wasabi ice cream. 🤗 I personally loved the creative and layered fusion flavors. The nine courses were perfectly portioned to leave us satisfied. The restaurant also recommended African-inspired fruit juices for us non-drinkers, which were refreshing and delightful. #CapturingTheMoment #ThisTemplateIsOnPoint #ParisianMichelin #ParisianEats #HiddenGems #ParisTravel #DeliciousDining #ParisianWeekend
