Discovered Another Delicious and Beautiful Restaurant in Paris! 🌹

🍽️I've been so busy watching the Olympics lately and sharing content about it, I almost forgot my own identity! I recently found a new restaurant with a high style in the 9th arrondissement, and after making a round of invitations, I ended up going with a somewhat unfamiliar young lady! This restaurant has only been open for 3 weeks and has maintained a perfect score of 10 on The Fork. And after dining there, we both thought it was really great! For our appetizers, we chose the Japanese grilled beef, Le bœuf, and the veal tartare, Le Veau. The grilled beef came with a yuzu pepper mayonnaise and peanut curry crumble. The beef was incredibly tender, and with the slightly sour yuzu aroma and the crispy texture, it felt like the juicy beef was dancing on the tongue, freely splashing its juices and making you want to take another bite. For our main courses, we ordered the octopus, Le poulpe de galice, and the cod, Le Cabillaud. 🍽️The octopus had a smoky flavor and was paired with coffee and chili sauces, perfectly blending the aromas of seafood and coffee. The octopus meat was elastic and still tender and juicy inside, dipped in the two flavored sauces, it was truly amazing! I really liked the presentation of the cod, like two little mountains standing on a coastline, covered with dense vegetation. It had a cute yet stubborn vibe. The dish was seasoned with passion fruit and tarragon, adding a refreshing flavor like a sea breeze. Accompanied by a sherry sauce, it showcased the delicate texture of the cod perfectly. To my surprise, it also came with a bowl of mashed white beans, the creamy texture of which was reminiscent of the taste of home I hadn't had in a long time. Finally, I must praise their bread, which was truly freshly baked. The crust was crispy to the touch, the inside was soft and elastic, with fine textures clearly visible and accompanied by a slight moistness, perfect for cleaning every dish, all very delicious! 🍽️Although this restaurant has only been open for three weeks and is located next to a tourist business district, it is truly remarkable.
