Discovered Another Hidden Gem Restaurant 🍴

NOEL'S BAR AND RESTAURANT, tucked away by the Birmingham canal, is located right across from The Cube and clearly visible from the bridge. Its exterior is quite understated, but it turns out to be a hidden treasure trove inside. Since we arrived early for lunch, we could choose our seats freely. My companion and I decided to sit in the only spot surrounded by flowers, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of the canal. It was bliss! Let's talk about the dishes we ordered! First up was the seafood platter, which was served quite quickly. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion was more than generous. The scallops with caviar were exceptionally tasty, and the oysters 🦪, tiger prawns, and lobster 🦞 were all good. The lamb shank is highly recommended; if you like lamb, go for it, no regrets. The mashed potatoes were simply divine. Lastly, the mixed salad was quite ordinary; I regret not ordering some broccoli 🥦 instead... In the end, we were too full for dessert 🍧. The portions were a bit much for two people; I think three would be just right.
