If I could give this 1.5 stars I would have. Not only was the food a major disappointment, but the service also left a lot to be desired. Nobody in our party was left satisfied with the food received.
The lobster was a disgrace. It seems as though the chefs had removed the majority of the meat from the carcass and topped it up with obscene amounts of cheese in order to make it seem as though there was ample meat inside. Absolutely terrible considering the price they charge.
The sea bass was extremely dry and lacked flavour. In addition, the linguine alla marinara came out looking as though it had been sitting on the counter for over an hour, the sauce was dried up and presentation was awful. The Monkfish was mediocre and was unremarkable.
The calamari was also mediocre, the coating that they use is heavy and completely unauthentic. These were just a few dishes of the whole party but there were many more that did not deliver to the standard expected.
Now onto the service….where do I begin? First, I want to share the awful customer service given by the red haired bartender. She was rude to everybody who went up to the bar to place their cocktail order and had an absolutely awful attitude. Honestly we were all shocked by her demeanour, it definitely dampened the celebratory mood. Cocktails took over half an hour to come despite it being a quiet night. Not only this, but many cocktails had to be sent back because they way there were made was awful and not how they were supposed to be served.
Secondly I want to highlight the extremely slow service. We arrived at 6 and didn’t get our food until 8! To make matters worse, the food came out extremely staggered and many side orders were missing and had to be chased up. The truffle fries looked like oven chips that had been garnished to make it look ‘fancy’, but honestly they looked and tasted awful.
We didn’t even bother ordering desserts as it became pretty clear that they would most likely mess that up to.
I would attach pictures but the food was so uninspiring and poorly presented that nobody bothered to. Would I come here again? Absolutely not. For the price of the food, there are a plethora of other restaurants with high quality service to choose from.
Hope this...

Went for my birthday meal on a Sunday and from the minute I entered, we all felt very unwelcomed. We were waiting on 2 other friends before we placed an order for food and this seemed to be an inconvenience for the manager who kept asking when we would order. We were one of a few tables in the entire place so it's not like we were occupying space.
The waitress was not helpful when we queried about the menu and just confused us further. On multiple occasions she promised to go to the kitchen to get an answer but never returned despite walking past our table several times. She kept standing within earshot of us and eavesdropping, at one point even joining the conversation unannounced which felt intrusive.
I thought the food would be the saving grace, however, it was very disappointing. The calamari was incredibly salty and the batter was soggy. The prawns tasted like they were off and were served in a terrible sauce. The pasta was overcooked and bland, with the seafood elements being barely noticeable in the dish. We still had plenty of food left on our plates and were midst conversation when the waitress came over and asked if we were finished and wanted our plates taken away. Felt like we were being asked to hurry up and leave.
I expect much better service and quality of food considering our bill was £260 for 5 of us. I've felt more welcomed at self service kiosks at...
