Diving into the Gold Coast's Miami Fish Market! 🐟🌊
I brought my friend from Sydney to explore the Gold Coast, and we had to try this super popular seafood spot! We arrived around noon, and the place was already buzzing with people—such great business! 👫🍽️ It’s always a good sign when a place is packed, right? What’s your go-to time to avoid crowds at popular eateries? Let me know below! 👇😊 We ordered a feast for two: Fish & Chips with Snapper 🐠➕ One Dozen Raw Oysters 🦪➕ Lobster Sushi Roll 🍣➕ A Custom Sashimi Platter. It came to about 80 per person. 💰 The custom sashimi platter (pictured in P2) was 55—not sure if that’s considered a little pricey, but let me tell you, the quality was exceptional! 🤩 We chose Salmon and Bluefin Tuna, and it was absolutely divine. 😋 If you prefer a firmer, denser texture, you can’t miss the Kingfish! It’s a must-try! 🔥 What’s your favorite type of sashimi? I’m always looking for new recommendations! 💬 A little note on the oysters: being from the northern parts, we both found them a bit too salty for our taste. 🧂 They didn’t quite compare to the amazing oysters we’ve had on Bruny Island in Tasmania. Probably won’t order them next time, but that’s just personal preference! Have you ever tried oysters from different regions? How do they compare? 🦪🌏 Overall, it was a fantastic experience! The vibe was great, the seafood was fresh, and we both left with happy hearts and full stomachs! 🤣💙 If you’re visiting the Gold Coast, this spot is definitely worth checking out!
