Diving into the Gold Coast's Miami Fish Market! ๐๐
I brought my friend from Sydney to explore the Gold Coast, and we had to try this super popular seafood spot! We arrived around noon, and the place was already buzzing with peopleโsuch great business! ๐ซ๐ฝ๏ธ Itโs always a good sign when a place is packed, right? Whatโs your go-to time to avoid crowds at popular eateries? Let me know below! ๐๐ We ordered a feast for two: Fish & Chips with Snapper ๐ โ One Dozen Raw Oysters ๐ฆชโ Lobster Sushi Roll ๐ฃโ A Custom Sashimi Platter. It came to about 80 per person. ๐ฐ The custom sashimi platter (pictured in P2) was 55โnot sure if thatโs considered a little pricey, but let me tell you, the quality was exceptional! ๐คฉ We chose Salmon and Bluefin Tuna, and it was absolutely divine. ๐ If you prefer a firmer, denser texture, you canโt miss the Kingfish! Itโs a must-try! ๐ฅ Whatโs your favorite type of sashimi? Iโm always looking for new recommendations! ๐ฌ A little note on the oysters: being from the northern parts, we both found them a bit too salty for our taste. ๐ง They didnโt quite compare to the amazing oysters weโve had on Bruny Island in Tasmania. Probably wonโt order them next time, but thatโs just personal preference! Have you ever tried oysters from different regions? How do they compare? ๐ฆช๐ Overall, it was a fantastic experience! The vibe was great, the seafood was fresh, and we both left with happy hearts and full stomachs! ๐คฃ๐ If youโre visiting the Gold Coast, this spot is definitely worth checking out!
