π 4040 City Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19131 In the Philly suburbs, I only rate two Sichuan spots highly β DJ Kitchen and Dandan. A bit farther out, Chef Zhang is also solid. Places like Szechuan Garden and Spice 28 feel too Americanized for me. DJ Kitchenβs menu is huge and ever-changing, with occasional new dishes and even some non-Sichuan options! Iβve tried almost everything (except the Americanized stuff).
