DJ Mandy Will Perform At A Free Show In Downtown San Francisco This December

Downtown First Thursdays brings free performances to an exciting block party every month, featuring acts like Rebecca Black, Toro y Moi, LaRussell, and more. Now, for the final event of 2025, San Franciscans can expect a free show featuring DJ Mandy. The performance will take place on Thursday, December 4, from 7:30 to 9 pm at the intersection of Howard and 2nd Street. DJ Mandy is a DJ who first gained recognition on TikTok, known for comedic, surprising mash-ups. She’s played major venues this summer, including Outside Lands. She is also playing a sold-out show at the Independent on Saturday, November 15 , so if you weren’t able to get tickets, Downtown First Thursdays is the perfect time. The free block party will include numerous activities, and past events have featured karaoke, dance parties, fashion shows , and more. Each block party offers unique vendors and activities, drawing thousands of San Franciscans. Plus, since the party is in Downtown, three nearby museums typically offer free admission on Thursdays, so you can explore a new exhibition before heading to the party. The block parties were first launched in 2024 as a way to revitalize downtown. The free event was met with major success, frequently drawing large crowds to the area and becoming a popular event that San Franciscans look forward to every week. The block parties are organized by the Downtown SF Partnership and a production studio, Into the Street s, along with other partners, including the Civic Joy Fund .
