As the signature restaurant of the Muir Hotel, Drift delivers not only stunning interior design—think rich wood accents and nautical rope details (a perfect nod to Halifax's harbor roots)—but also some of the most memorable brunch dishes in the city. 🥘 Brunch Highlights 🦞 NS Lobster Bisque A rich, creamy soup packed with generous chunks of fresh lobster. The white sauce is velvety and indulgent—though a touch too salty for some palates. Still, it’s a must-try for seafood lovers. 🍳 Haddock Omelette Arnold Bennett The showstopper! This dish is so good, you’ll want to recreate it at home. The eggs are flawlessly silky, layered with smooth mashed potatoes and thick pieces of haddock. Topped with hollandaise and cherry radish for a bright finish, it’s brunch perfection.
